We allow 7 days for you to request a refund for un opened merchandise. Refunds will be issued as in store credit unless the items arrive damaged and can't be replaced
We will accept returns when the product is damaged, unopened or defective. If there is an issue with a product we will work with you and get it resolved or give you an in store credit.
